Netball is played by two teams of seven who try to score points against each other by placing a ball through a high hoop.

It's a sport that lets you meet new people, work up a sweat and gain a competitive streak at the same time.

We run a coaching session for adults on a Wednesday evening from 8pm - available on a pay and go basis.
