Children's birthday parties
Why not consider a Big Day Party at The Weald Sports Centre and celebrate child’s next birthday in style? Big Day Parties are designed to ensure your child’s day is packed with fun and yours is stress and hassle free.

Badminton
Badminton is a racquet sport played on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock. Most players will quickly pick up the skills to play a rally with a friend. It's easy to learn, social and fun.

School holiday activities
To maximise your child's fun and enjoyment through the school holidays, our programmes provide a wide range of activities for children of all ages within a fun, safe and social environment. We offer all day care at most of our centres as well as part day activities.

Gymnastics is a wonderful sport for kids, and can help them develop coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and so much more.

Primetime activities
Our "Seniors" sessions are to help the over 50's and over 60's achieve a healthier lifestyle in a relaxed and social environment.

Pilates is a combination of strength and mobility work that helps you focus on and develop your core strength to help you maintain optimum postural alignment at all times.

Trampolining is a fun, exciting and technical sport that combines aerial somersaulting, twisting and various body landings.

Our great value swim school at The Weald Sports Centre is now re-enroling for January 2013 (current customers).

Yoga
Yoga is associated with meditative practices and it can help you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax.

Indoor basketball
Basketball is a team sport in which two teams of five players each try to score points against one another by placing a ball through a high hoop.

Gym and weights
Our gym has seperate cardiovascular and resistance equipment to give you an all-round workout experience.

We offer a range of classes from Aqua Ante Natal to AquaFit.

Indoor 5-a-side football
For many, football is simply known as ‘the beautiful game’. Playing football involves strength, stamina and co-ordination. With a game lasting around as long as you want, it’s a great workout for all ages and both sexes.

Indoor netball
Netball is played by two teams of seven who try to score points against each other by placing a ball through a high hoop. It's a sport that lets you meet new people, work up a sweat and gain a competitive streak at the same time.

Indoor volleyball
Volleyball is an Olympic team sport in which two teams of 6 active players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court.

Outdoor tennis
Tennis helps you develop leg strength, body coordination, agility and balance at a physical level and discipline, sportsmanship and competition at a mental level.

SwimFit
As part of our continued partnership with British Swimming, the ASA and British Gas, we have programmed SWIMFIT at our swimming pools. SWIMFIT powered by British Gas is an online club that provides a gym style programme for the swimming pool.

Zumba classes
Zumba is a group exercise class that combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun and social.

Indoor cycling
Indoor cycling is a workout you do on a specialised bike in the fitness studio. Fast music helps create a highly energised atmosphere.
