Pilates
Pilates is a combination of strength and mobility work which develops your core strength to help keep the body balanced and provide support for the spine.
Pilates is not just about physical exercise but also gives a deep sense of well-being. Get ready to learn new techniques and enjoy new challenges.
Each and every exercise is built around eight basic principals:
- Relaxation
- Co-ordination
- Alignment
- Stamina
- Concentration
- Centering
- Breathing
- Flowing movements
Pilates forms part of our Exercise, Mind and Body classes, which are included in our membership packages.
Some classes are very popular so it's a good idea to book in advance, if possible.
