Swimming
Swimming is a healthy activity that can be enjoyed by everyone. It's an excellent and relaxing way to exercise as the water supports the body, so less stress is placed on joints and bones.
As part of the Free Swim initiative 16 and under, you can swim across all our pools in the area for FREE once you have obtained your concession card
In addition all over 60s can swim FREE on the following days and times at Arnos Pool
Tuesday 11.30 – 12.30
Wednesday 2.30 – 3.30
Just bring proof of age.

- 1-2-1 Swimming Lessons
What swimming does for you?
- Tones almost every major muscle in your body and many minor ones as well
- Burns calories
