Terms and conditions for the latest promotions in our sports and leisure centres.

The terms and conditions are applicable for the campaigns that are live within the Fusion managed centre.

Groupon offer - March 2013

Includes access to pool, classes and health suite (sauna and steam room) only.

Membership rates available for courts and other priced facilities.

Referral terms and conditions

Offer valid for referees who are direct debit and annual members only. Referred people must NOT be current members or ex members who cancelled after 1 January 2013. For offer to be applied, referred people must join on a Choice, Choice Corporate, Choice Joint, Choice Family membership, or a Concessionary Choice and at Blackbird Leys, Temple Cowley, Ferry and Hinksey Pool they can also join on Active Slice, by 30 April 2013, and pay three consecutive monthly payments or one full annual payment.

A free month can only be processed if:

• The member and their friends request to be linked at reception in centre.
• The referred friend/family member is not already a direct debit or annual member with Fusion or an ex-member who left before 1 January 2013.

Qualification

The referred person then joins as a Direct Debit or Annual member on a Choice, Choice Corporate, Choice Joint or Choice Family membership before 30 April 2013.

We must obtain three consecutive full monthly payments or one full annual payment of either a Choice, Choice Corporate, Choice Joint or Choice Family membership from the referred member.

Redemption

Referees who are Direct Debit members will be given one free months membership after each qualified referred membership.

Referees who are Annual members will have their membership extended by one month for each qualified referred membership.

One free month per member (family membership would entitle all family members on the ‘family membership’ to same 1 month free) for every new member that joins.

There is no limit to the number of new people members can refer, but each person they refer must qualify by taking out and paying for a valid membership as defined. 

If the member who refers wants to cancel their membership within the first three months of their friend being a member, their free month cannot be moved forward

The existing member that wishes to cancel needs to wait for us to receive 3 full consecutive calendar month payments, or an upfront annual payment for one of the Choice Memberships previously stated.

This offer expires on 30 April 2013. To qualify, all referred people must take out their qualifying membership before this date, though in the case of Direct Debit memberships, qualifying payments may continue for three months from the start date of their membership. 

No cash alternative is available.

Offer cannot be back dated, it starts 1 March 2013.

We reserve the right to remove this offer at any time, however prior to expiry date we would honour a free month to any qualified members.

Corporate & Group Discount referrals 

The free month will go to the corporate contact if the company pay via company DD or cheque for each referred members. 

Group discounts / corporates that refer a member – the free month will go to the member referring them if the company does not pay.

Swim School re-enrolment & enrolment competition

All pupils that re-enrol into the spring 2013 term of Swim School will be entered into a prize draw to win family membership for up to 4 people. There will be a total of 10 prizes available at, 1 per Fusion division offering Swim School re-enrolment

Scratch Cards

Participants must be 16 years to claim a prize.

Winners must fill in their details on the space provided on winning scratch cards to claim their prize. Incomplete or defaced cards are not valid.

Hillingdon Summer Membership Competition
